These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Wasal LLC platform, including vendor registration, product listing, inquiry management, and related sourcing services. By registering as a vendor or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Role of Wasal LLC

Wasal LLC operates as a product sourcing and vendor‑enablement company. We provide:

• Access for vendors to register on our platform
• Tools for vendors to add and manage their products
• A system for vendors to receive and respond to buyer inquiries
• Marketplace visibility for products listed by vendors
• Optional sourcing, consulting, and support services

Wasal LLC is not the manufacturer of the products listed by vendors unless explicitly stated.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using the Wasal LLC platform agree to:

• Provide accurate business and product information
• Upload only products they are legally authorized to sell
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain updated pricing, stock, and product details
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Vendors are fully responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their products.

4. Buyer Inquiries

All inquiries submitted by buyers through the platform are forwarded directly to the vendor. Vendors are responsible for:

• Responding to inquiries
• Negotiating pricing
• Fulfilling orders
• Handling returns, refunds, or disputes

Wasal LLC may assist in communication but is not a party to the transaction unless otherwise agreed.

5. Platform Access & Account Management

Wasal LLC reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject vendor registrations
• Suspend or termination accounts for violations
• Remove products that violate platform rules or legal requirements

Vendors must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

6. Fees & Payments

Wasal LLC may charge:

• Listing fees
• Subscription fees
• Commission fees
• Service fees for sourcing or consulting

All fees will be communicated clearly before activation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wasal LLC is not liable for:

• Vendor misrepresentation
• Product defects
• Delivery issues
• Payment disputes
• Losses resulting from vendor or buyer actions

Our responsibility is limited to providing platform access and optional sourcing services.

8. Changes to Terms

Wasal LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
