1. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors listing products through Wasal LLC agree that:

• They are the rightful owners or authorized distributors of the products

• All product information (images, descriptions, pricing, specifications) is accurate

• They comply with all local and international trade regulations

• They cooperate with Wasal LLC during sourcing, inspection, and export processes

Vendors are responsible for product quality, authenticity, and compliance.

2. Wasal LLC’s Role

Wasal LLC operates in two capacities:

A. Platform Provider

For vendors listing products online:

• We provide a digital platform for product visibility

• Buyers may contact vendors directly

• Wasal does not control pricing or inventory

• Transactions occur directly between buyer and vendor

B. Merchant Exporter (When Sourcing Services Are Requested)

When buyers choose Wasal LLC for sourcing:

• Wasal collects payment from the buyer

• Wasal purchases products from the vendor

• Wasal manages export documentation, packaging, and shipment coordination

• Wasal ensures the order is processed according to agreed specifications

In this model, Wasal acts as the exporting party, not the manufacturer.

3. Product Listings

Vendors must ensure:

• Product descriptions are accurate

• Images are original or legally permitted

• Pricing is transparent

• No counterfeit or restricted items are listed

• Inventory and availability are updated regularly

Wasal LLC may remove listings that violate platform rules.

4. Payments & Transactions: Payments Through Wasal LLC (Merchant Exporter Model)

When buyers request sourcing services:

• Buyers pay Wasal LLC directly

• Wasal purchases products from the vendor

• Wasal manages export, packaging, and shipment coordination

• Wasal provides invoices, receipts, and export documentation

5. Shipping & Delivery: Shipping Through Wasal LLC (Merchant Exporter Model)

• Wasal coordinates packaging, export documentation, and logistics

• Shipping is arranged through trusted freight forwarders

• Buyers receive tracking and export documents

• Delivery timelines depend on shipping method and destination

6. Prohibited Items

Vendors may not list:

• Illegal or restricted goods

• Counterfeit or trademark‑infringing products

• Hazardous materials without proper documentation

• Items banned under U.S. or international trade laws

Wasal LLC reserves the right to remove prohibited listings.

7. Dispute Resolution

Wasal LLC will handle:

• Order verification

• Supplier coordination

• Issue resolution related to sourcing or export

Wasal is responsible only for transactions processed through Wasal LLC.

8. Policy Violations

Wasal LLC may suspend or remove vendors who:

• Provide false information

• Sell counterfeit or unsafe products

• Fail to communicate professionally

• Violate trade laws or platform rules

Repeated violations may result in permanent removal.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By using the Wasal LLC platform or sourcing services, vendors and buyers agree to this Selling Policy.
